It kind of looks like a sitting dog. The sign is placed prefect if they are. I have seen this a couple times. I’m always near it when it rains. Yesterday, I beat the rain here.

It’s actually on one of the streets in deliver once a week. It’s a little hidden on an alley. But every time I thought to take a picture, it would rain.
