Open your mind to all the voices in your head and randomly pick one. It works. .. sometimes. .. once in awhile. Seriously, the placement of the thought only depends on your idea. Starting in the end is challenging at first. But have you ever rewrote something. Where did you put the changes?

Or, get rid one Management, only have to give out one pink slip, managers still get more and get extra work from fired manager lol.

I would prefer to have management do a month worth of grunt work and be overly critiqued while doing so.
