My fingers touch a future
My eyes disavow it even happened
My heart dreamed it long ago
Shadows occupy the perimeter
The light waits for the right time to enter
Suspicion keeps fences between then and now
Sentries report things to show they are working
Noone sees anything
Truth is allows the first causality
Inneuno commands reality
Warriors raise swords of “what if”
Dragon breathe fire of reflection
Souls torment the future past
The past futures taught them well.
I fell in the what if
I lost what was.
So beautifully written, simply marvellous.

Thank you my dear. I was in a creative rush at the time. I had things going on faster than I could write them down

yes because what you intended often ends up a victim of a stray thought.
