“We repeat this is only a test, had a real emerency be underway detailed information will follow these messages.” TV announces to the population.
The view out the window reminds us the strange lights in the sky didn’t follow the advice either.
The politicians worry about where the necessary abductions will come from.
Not even an inch of truth. I wonder if it’s really for people’s interest or just a few. Nice take!

Governess and truth mix like water and oil. The few tell the masses what is good for them. Politics is a circus, ever wonder what’s happening outside the main ring?

I agree. Too few really care for the masses. Harsh reality

The masses don’t care about the masses. We are an isolated people in general. Somehow the more digital we become, the more info we ignore

I am guilty about that. I rarely watch or read news these days..

I watch the news but don’t trust local stuff. There’s no real national news besides election stuff and forget there’s a world beyond US borders. I read different sources because the cooperate works pays for all those ads. Frito-Lay would pull all Doritto ads of they announced their potatoes with GMO, even though the bag says “partially produced by genetic engineering “

Absolutely! It’s hard to tell if it’s GMO or not. Even harder to find organic produced these days. No wonder people is sickly, life span is too short.

They are just coming around to find artifical sweeteners are changing the bacteria in the gut. Wonder why all those people have digestive issues? Maybe we can generically engineer food that is good for us😉

How I wish! Have you tried hydrogen water or Himalayan sea salt with 84 trace minerals? Studies tell that our body cannot utilize vitamins without minerals.

I use Himalayan sea salt (despite the lack of a Himalayan Sea) in cooking. But hydrogen water? Never heard of it. I have heard of alkaline water, is it similar?

500 ml costs less than a dollar here. There are a lot of testimonies that health improved by drinking it regularly and some illness became manageable, some cured.

Interesting. I see the hydrogen stick is $70 but lasts six months. Are you using it or tried it?

Yes, but not regularly. And helped improve my metabolism and managed dysmenorrhea.

My wife is big on metabolic supplements, most have an effect right away and then it goes away. I try to keep us as organic and GMO free as possible. We have so much crap in our food supply today.

I’m sorry to hear about that. Have you tried juicing fresh fruits and vegetables?

We have done the smoothie phase. I lost weight, she started to hate the textures.

I understand how uncomfortable it may be, especially the taste. However, if that’s one of the best way to improve one’s health, I can live with it. God bless!

I thought they were mostly good. She just didn’t want to deal with textures. And purees, blending things to soup, didn’t matter.

For me, I don’t find its taste so good aside from the texture, maybe because I am not used to it.

I use a little of strawberry, blueberries, and banana. That helps with the taste

Good idea, I’ll try it then. Thank’s!

Chilling! Makes you think..how much does the government keep from the people?

Your government will never tell you a third of what they know. It could cause panic or questions like how do they really know? We are a nation of secrets. 😉
