The darkness called her softly by name.
She bridged the chasm of doubt and fears with hope. With each step, a sense of swaying built within.

I like the idea of the darkness calling her name. When the dark knows your name, you know you’re in trouble! Lyrical and beautiful 🙂

Thank you darling. There are places that connect with your soul. The feeling of being drawn in is incredible. It’s happened twice to me. You actually expect to see something there.

When the speckles dance in front of your eyes and you feel as if they’re massing together, forming something solid. Or is that just me?

It’s then the mass locks in your attention. The trees surrounding you seen to step back. An auditorium of light within the darkness. ..

I’m creating a nice little home for the auditorium of light, this teen slasher idea isn’t flash fiction or poetry

As has been said — a poetic, lyrical feel to your 3 lines. Swaying like the bridge.

Have been on that kind of bridge, it does justice to it then. The bridge flexes when you transfer your weight. Despite its seemingly high rails, you can hang over the edge enough to feel like there is little keeping you there. Thanks for the kind words! 😀
