Welcome back to week #14 of Camera Lucida Photo Challenge
Watering Pot
This week’s theme: Garden Treasure
a piece of ground adjoining a house, used for growing flowers, fruit, or vegetables
a quantity of precious metals, gems, or other valuable objects.
Watering pot
I’ll be very honest and say that gardening never was my strong side…it’s quite relaxing in a way but I could never call it a hobby…a way of life…or a must:)
What does fascinate me is the visual perspective of everything that relates to gardening…there is something that attracts the eye…and it’s not always the end product.
The muddy boots…the old watering pot that has been used for generations…the colourful utensils that have a bigger purpose than just to dig and cut or just break the soil…
This week your challenge is to share what is your garden treasure…it is your beautiful and personalised box of gardening utensils…maybe your secret corner of heaven…a rare flower that makes you proud…your dirty boots and gloves…
What is your garden treasure…how does your garden reflect you?
Share this week a piece of you…maybe a little secret that you’ve kept hidden behind a beautiful evergreen pot:)

How to join us?
Follow your host and share each week your own vision of the theme.
Create a new post with the title CAMERA LUCIDA followed by the theme name.
The content of the post is completely down to you, share just the photo or be even more creative and tell us the story behind the scene, make it your own.
Feel free to use the ‘Your Gallery’ badge in your post and link back to the last Camera Lucida challenge or just leave a link to your post in the comment box. Please tag your post #cameralucida so other participants can find the entries on the Reader. The Inlinkz it’s not available anymore for upload, so do not forget to tag and link back, this way your post will be visible to others outside your followers 🙂
You will have seven days to introduce your snapshot to everyone.
At the end of each challenge I will share with you all the entries and introduce you to their makers. Make sure you visit their blogs, share honest feedback and be supportive.

Today the treasure is alive! I’m three weeks past when my beloved dahlias normally have been froze out. But El Niño is their friend.

I have ones that have pointed petals on the flower. The bloom is bigger than my hand and will last about a week.
